- Project scheduling and staged billing
- Structure, services and interior under one contract
- Site supervision and progress reporting
- Work taken outside Kathmandu Valley

Our day-to-day work is in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur, but for larger custom projects we take work anywhere in Nepal. These jobs differ from housing less in technique than in administration: staged billing, progress reporting, a named site supervisor, and a client who needs to show a board or a lender where the money went.
Hotels and restaurants
Hospitality construction is really services construction with a building around it. Commercial kitchens need extract, gas routing, grease management and floor drainage designed in from the start. Guest floors need acoustic separation between rooms and riser positions that do not put a noisy stack against a bed head. Getting these wrong is not a finishing problem, it is a structural one, so they are decided before the slab.
Institutional buildings
Schools, clinics and offices are judged on circulation and safety more than on finish. Corridor widths, stair widths, door swings, and a second means of escape are not decoration — they are what makes the building usable and approvable. We build to the approved drawings and raise it with you and the consultant when something on the drawing will not work in practice.
Industrial sheds and warehouses
Warehouses are about span, floor and access. Long clear spans usually mean a steel portal frame rather than RCC. The floor slab has to carry point loads from racking and pallet trucks, which is a different design from a domestic slab. Door heights and turning space for trucks decide whether the building actually works once it is full.
Where we work
We work across Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur, and our own workshop and office are in Madhyapur Thimi-1, Lokanthali, Bhaktapur — so most sites in the valley are a short drive away and our team can be on site the same week.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work outside the Kathmandu Valley?
For larger custom projects, yes — anywhere in Nepal. Our office and workshop are in Lokanthali, Bhaktapur, so valley work is our routine, but for a project of sufficient size we will mobilise a site team and supervisor to another district.
How is payment structured on large projects?
Against measured progress, billed at agreed stages. You receive a progress statement showing what was completed in the period against the programme, so the payment can be checked rather than taken on trust. This is also what a bank or board normally needs to release funds.
Can you take over a stalled project?
Often yes, but we survey what is built before quoting. Taking over half-finished work means inheriting whatever was done wrong, so we check the structure, look for the original drawings, and price honestly for any remedial work rather than quoting low and raising it later.
