Steel where concrete would be too heavy or too slow
Strong steel structure solutions for residential, terrace and light commercial requirements.
- Strong and durable structure
- Clean engineering layout
- Residential and light commercial use
- Professional installation planning

Steel earns its place where you need to span a distance without columns in the middle, where the existing structure cannot take much more weight, or where the work has to be finished quickly. A rooftop frame, a pergola, an external staircase or a shopfront canopy are all faster and lighter in steel than in concrete. We fabricate in our own workshop in Lokanthali and bring the sections to site.
What we fabricate
Rooftop and terrace frames for glass or sheet roofing, pergolas, external and internal staircases, railings and balustrades, canopies and porches, mezzanine floors, gates, and light commercial portal framing. Because the fabrication is ours, changes discovered during installation get corrected the same week rather than waiting on a third-party workshop.
Rust is the whole game
In the valley's monsoon, steel fails by corrosion long before it fails by load. Surfaces are cleaned of mill scale, primed with a proper zinc-rich or red-oxide primer, and finished with an exterior-grade paint — and critically, sections are treated before assembly so the inside faces of joints are protected too. Welds are ground and primed, because a bare weld is exactly where rust starts.
Fixing into an existing building
Most of our steel work attaches to a house that already exists. Base plates and anchors have to land on structure — a column or a beam — not on a parapet or an unreinforced block wall that will crack under load. We check what is behind the plaster before deciding fixing points, and where the existing structure will not take it we say so rather than bolting into something that will fail quietly in two years.
Where we work
We work across Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur, and our own workshop and office are in Madhyapur Thimi-1, Lokanthali, Bhaktapur — so most sites in the valley are a short drive away and our team can be on site the same week.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a rooftop steel frame take?
Typically a few days on site once fabrication is done, because the sections arrive cut and prepared. Fabrication itself is usually one to two weeks after measurement, depending on size and workshop load.
Will the steel rust in the monsoon?
Not if it is prepared and coated properly, and repainted every few years as any exterior steelwork should be. Rust almost always traces back to bare welds, unprimed cut ends, or paint applied straight over mill scale — all avoidable at fabrication stage.
Can steel take another floor later?
Only if it was designed for it from the start. If you are thinking about a future extension, tell us at the design stage — sizing the columns for a future load costs very little now and is effectively impossible to retrofit later.
